Greetings PVA Parents/Guardians,

​

Please see the following attached form. This is the official form you will use to place an order for your child’s uniforms. Please read the 2022-2023 Dress Code Policy below and order according to the needs of your child. The Dress Code Policy will be strictly enforced.

 

If you choose not to order through the school, please understand that ALL polo collared shirts must have the PV logo embroidery. Please see the attachment.

Monday – Wednesday:

 

(Middle School Grades 6th – 8th)

Shirts: Royal Blue PV Polo Shirt Belt: black, Blue or brown solid color

Bottoms:  Navy blue , Khaki, and black, shorts or skirts (must be knee-length)

 

(High School Grades 9th – 12th)

Shirts: Gray PV Polo Shirt Belt: black or brown solid color

Bottoms: Navy blue , Khaki, and black, shorts or skirts (must be knee-length)

 

Thursday (All Grades)

Blue jeans, Pro-Vision spirit shirt, black or brown solid color belt. If students do not have a PV spirit shirt they must follow the Monday – Wednesday dress code.

 

Outerwear (All Grades) Gray PV Cardigan or solid Black windbreaker/jacket

 

P. E. Uniform Required for Middle School and High School students enrolled in PE.

 

HOODIES, CROCS, SLIPPERS, JEANS WITH RIPS OR JEANS WITH HOLES ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO HEADWEAR (BONNETS, HEAD-SCARFS, HATS, ETC…)
