A WARRIOR WENT TO MEET THE KING

Hello PVA Family,

It’s with an extremely heavy heart that I must share that our beloved Mrs. Cornelia Willis transitioned on Sunday, January 29, 2023 at 3:47pm.  No one had as much fight, zeal, and passion for student success as Mrs. Willis.  Cancer is an awful enemy and while she had overcome once before, through the fight – unfortunately did not win the earthly fight this time.  Cornelia Willis will definitely be missed by ALL at Pro-Vision Academy.

There will be counselors on-site to support staff members and students.  A written notice will go home with 3rd-8th students so parents are aware – just in case their scholars are acting differently.  Please be patient with all scholars and keep in mind, EVERYONE handles grief in their own way.  Once we do a “pulse check” on all staff, afterwards we will have an assembly with high school students only and set up “grief stations” or “talk-about-it” corners.  We appreciate all hands on deck to be strong for our scholars.
